The total debt amount is about 43 million yen, including 8 million yen in unpaid wages to animators.

The Japanese animation studio Tear-studio was first established in 2013. It was not called this name at the beginning. The studio name was changed after 2018. Its more famous work is the TV animation "Red Lotus King" adapted from the card MOBA game of the same name under Square Enix, and the studio's latest work is the OVA "Hourglass of Time".

The registered capital of the Japanese animation company Tear-studio is only 500,000 yen. Although it is not large in scale, it was already heavily in debt and actually stopped production in November 2019. Now the total debt amount has reached about 43 million yen, including 8 million yen in wages owed to animators.
