The first Chinese trailer of Weathering With You, a journey of love across the sky, is released

Today (October 12), the first Chinese trailer for Weathering with You, the new work of Makoto Shinkai, the director of Your Name, was released. The animated film will be officially released in mainland China on November 1.

The animated film "Weathering with You" is set in an era of chaotic weather changes. The story of a boy and a girl who are controlled by fate and "choose" their own way of life: High school student Morishima Hodaka runs away from home and goes to Tokyo. Meet Amano Haruna, a girl with incredible powers who can make the weather clear just by praying.

This animated film with a strong personal style of Makoto Shinkai was released in Japan on July 19, with a box office of over 10 billion yen. As of now, it is still ranked first in the Japanese box office in 2019.
