Martin: Game of Thrones Season 8 is not completely faithful to the original novel

They're shooting eight hours of the final season, and I want the last two novels to be 3,000 pages of manuscript. Although the final season of Season 8 has received bad reviews, there is no need to worry about it affecting the novel. Martin said that no matter how the fans react and comment, no matter whether their opinions are good or bad, it will not change his existing ideas about the ending of the novel.
