The 2019 San Diego Comic-Con reached its climax this weekend. Just this morning (21st), Kevin Feige, president of Marvel, was also releasing hot news at the booth, including the announcement of the lead actor of the new Asian superhero Shang-Chi that Chinese audiences are most concerned about! The male lead of Shang-Chi will be played by Chinese-Canadian actor Simu Liu, Awkwafina will play the female lead, and one of China's kings, Tony Leung Chiu-wai, will play the Mandarin in a new way. The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. The Shang-Chi movie is expected to be released on February 12, 2021. |
