All Pokémon are crying! Special promotional video for Mewtwo: Counterattack Evolution

"Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution" is the 22nd theatrical animation of the "Pokémon" animation series. It is a 3DCG remake of the first work "Mewtwo Strikes Back" and will be released in Japan on July 12, 2019. Today (July 4), the official released a special promotional video for the work.

The story of "Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution" tells the story of a group of crazy scientists who, for their dreams, developed a machine that only requires a few genes to copy Pokémon, and copied the world's strongest Pokémon discovered into Mewtwo with more powerful abilities than Mew.

But when Mewtwo wakes up, he goes berserk because he can't find his true self. The boss of Team Rocket appears in front of Mewtwo and uses sweet words to win over the lost Mewtwo to work for him, but it doesn't take long for Mewtwo to feel lost again. Mewtwo returns to the island where it was copied and decides to start its revenge.
