Netflix to create original animated series Magic: The Gathering, with the Russo brothers as executive producers

According to Weibo blogger @Houson猴姆, the Russo brothers, directors of "Avengers 4", will produce a new Netflix animation "Magic: The Gathering".

Netflix has just officially announced that it will work with Wizards of the Coast and the Russo Brothers to develop a new original animated series "Magic: The Gathering"! The Russo Brothers will serve as executive producers! Henry Gilroy ("Lilo and Stitch") and Jose Molina will co-write the script. The Russo Brothers will oversee the creation of a new storyline, which will expand the story of Planeswalkers and revolve around the heroes and villains of the magical world.
