China's first! AI full-process short drama "Chinese Mythology" released

Today (March 22), CCTV Video’s AI short drama was launched and the AI ​​channel was officially launched, and China’s first AI full-process short drama "Chinese Mythology" was released.

The AI ​​full-process short drama "Chinese Mythology" consists of six episodes, namely "Mending the Sky", "Chasing the Sun", "Flying to the Moon", "Reclaiming the Sea", "Controlling Water", and "Tasting Hundreds of Herbs". It starts with classic mythological stories and uses AI technology to expand people's conventional imagination of mythology.

Then, through the deep connection between classic imagery and contemporary human society, the contemporary resonance of the national spirit is demonstrated.

According to CCTV Video, the drama was jointly launched by CCTV Video, CCTV's Artificial Intelligence Studio and the Metaverse Culture Laboratory of the School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University. Its art, storyboards, video, dubbing and music were all completed by AI.

It is worth mentioning that the series of short dramas "AI Reading Classics" produced by the original AI team of CCTV Video was released on the same day.

The drama is based on classic works such as history, literature, agronomy, tea science, and medicine. It uses a new AI approach to vividly interpret the enduring code of Chinese civilization.

It is reported that the first episode of "Zhou Chu Eliminates Three Evils" will be launched on CCTV Video on March 29.
