The goddess is back! Gal Gadot announces the official completion of "Wonder Woman 2"

According to foreign media reports, the superhero blockbuster "Wonder Woman 1984" co-produced by Warner and DC was recently confirmed to be completed. The preliminary shooting, which lasted for half a year, was officially announced to be completed, and the scenes were shot in three countries in total.

Lead actress Gal Gadot sent a long article to confirm the completion of filming. She said she was lucky to work with director Patty Jenkins and couldn't wait to share the movie with fans, but of course it would have to wait until 2020. It is reported that "Wonder Woman 1984" is scheduled to be released in North America on June 5, 2020.

Wonder Woman 1984 was written by Patty Jenkins, Geoff Johns, and Dave Callaham (The Expendables series), and we know nothing about the plot other than it takes place in the '80s.

Chris Pine, the male lead of the first film, has also returned for the sequel. It is unknown what kind of relationship his character will have with Steve in the first film. Comedy star Kristen Wiig will play the classic villain Cheetah, the archenemy of Wonder Woman, in the sequel. Pedro Pascal, the "Red Viper" from Game of Thrones, will also play an important role.
