The trailer for the movie "Rise of the Planet of the Apes: Kingdom" released in May next year

Today (November 3), 20th Century Fox released the trailer for the movie "Rise of the Planet of the Apes: Kingdom".

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is set several generations in the future, during the reign of Caesar, when apes have become the dominant species, coexisting harmoniously with humans, who are forced to live in the shadows. In an age when a new ape tyrant is building his empire, a young ape embarks on a harrowing journey that will cause him to question his past and make decisions that will define a future for apes and humans alike.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is directed by Wes Ball (Maze Runner trilogy) and stars Owen Teague (Joker), Freya Allan (The Witcher), Kevin Durand (Key to the Lodge), Peter Macon (Shameless) and William H. Macy (Fargo). The screenplay was written by Josh Friedman (War of the Worlds), Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silva (Avatar: The Way of Water) and Patrick Eisen (Prey), based on characters created by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silva. Producers include Wes Ball, Joe Hartwick (Maze Runner), Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silva, Jason Reed (Mulan), while Peter Chernin (Planet of the Apes trilogy) and Jano Topping (Ford v Ferrari) serve as executive producers.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is set to be released on May 24, 2024.
