Joel's actor wants to see "The Last of Us" Season 2 restore "Joel's death": the most realistic version

At last week's BAFTA Game Awards, The Gamer spoke to some of the actors from the HBO series The Last of Us. The Gamer spoke to Troy Baker, who played the protagonist Joel in the original game and James, a high-ranking member of the cult, in the TV series.

Troy Baker talked about some of the content of Season 2 in the interview. He said that he really wanted to see the second season restore the plot in which Joel was beaten to death by Abby. He said: "I want to see (Joel's death) again. I hope people can struggle with it. For me, this is part of that story and the most real version of that story."

Currently, the second season of The Last of Us is being prepared and may start filming at the end of this year and be released at the end of next year. In addition, the creator Neil Druckmann has also stated that the second season will include the plot of the game The Last of Us 2.
