Thompson performs three-point dunk for "Super Mario Bros. Movie"

In one week, the animated film "Super Mario Bros.: The Movie", a collaboration between Nintendo and Illumination Entertainment, will be officially released. Today (March 28), the film's distributor Universal Pictures released a surprising commercial.

In the video, Klay Thompson, nicknamed "God of Thompson" by basketball fans, wore Mario's huge shoes and performed accurate shots from beyond the three-point line, dribbling and dunking, and other moves.

It is particularly worth mentioning that this pair of Mario's huge leather shoes comes from the internationally renowned casual shoe brand Red Wing Shoes.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie is set to hit theaters on April 5.
