The B station's "The Three-Body Problem" animation updated the 15th episode at 11 am today, which is also the last episode of the animation.

According to the plot, this should only be the first season, or even just a beginning, but the vast majority of netizens hope that there will not be a second season, because so far the animation has not been liked by the audience, whether it is the adaptation or the pictures.

On Douban, the "Three-Body" animation only received a score of 3.8. Among the more than 150,000 ratings, 51.3% of the audience gave it a one-star bad review.

On the other hand, the TV series "The Three-Body Problem" which was aired almost at the same time, although there were some adaptations, the key plot was almost a 1:1 reproduction of the original content, and the special effects production and actors continued to add points to the series. After its completion, the Douban score continued to rise, and it has now reached 8.7 points. The number of people who rated it exceeded 360,000, and 54% of them gave it five-star reviews.

It is understood that the "Three-Body" animation was first announced at the B Station National Creation Conference in 2019, when B Station, Yihua Kaitian, and Youzu Interactive jointly announced the launch of the mixing work. Yihua Kaitian, as a co-producer, was responsible for the animation adaptation and creation of the sci-fi masterpiece "The Three-Body Problem".

After receiving a large number of negative reviews upon its premiere, an insider revealed that the current situation of the "Three-Body" animation is mainly due to internal problems at Yihua Kaitian. In fact, there was an original version that was much better than the current one, but it was aborted halfway, and the final version was not what it originally looked like.

This also made many fans feel regretful, especially since Yihua Kaitian had previously created the "Tower of Gods" animation, which was once known as the pinnacle of Chinese animation. Now it seems that even the level of the sequel to "Tower of Gods" cannot be guaranteed.
