The February 2023 issue of Akita Shoten's "Yang Chian Pionere" magazine announced that a live-action adaptation of cartoonist Yasuyuki Kosaka's daily life manga "After School Seawall Diary" will be broadcast in early summer this year. Yasuyuki Kosaka began serializing the manga in the magazine Yankee Pionetsu in February 2017, which was his first serialization. The 10th volume of the manga will be published by Akita Shoten on February 20 this year. The TV animation adapted from the manga premiered in April 2020. However, it was postponed due to the epidemic and then rebroadcast in July 2020. "After School Seawall Diary" tells the story of an urban girl, Tsurugi Haruna, who moved to the countryside due to her family's work, and by chance joined the "Seawall Club" where her senior Kuroiwa Yuuki was, and started outdoor after-school club activities with three members. It is an everyday light comedy. |
