Recently, Hirohiko Araki accepted an exclusive interview with the magazine "Kono Mystery ga Sugoi!", during which he revealed that the ninth part of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" is in production, tentatively named JOJOLANDS. The protagonist of the ninth part is the descendant of Joseph Joestar.

Hirohiko Araki said: "We are currently planning for the ninth part, which will, of course, tell the story of the 'Jostar bloodline'. At the end of the eighth part, Joseph Joestar appears, suggesting that this story will be about his descendants."
