The creator of "American Crime Story", who won the Emmy Award, brings you the latest series "Cannibal Dahmer" "Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story". It explores Dahmer's heinous and horrifying true crimes and how this most notorious serial killer in American history took advantage of the collapse of multiple American systems to kill people brazenly for more than a decade.

Created by Ryan Murphy, starring Evan Peters, produced by Netflix. He took advantage of institutional deficiencies, killed 17 men over many years, and abused and violated them during and after their lives. He suffered from mental disorders such as borderline personality disorder, but was deemed to be sober when committing the crime. In the 1990s, Dahmer was sentenced to 16 life sentences for multiple murders.
