Stills of Game of Thrones spin-off "House of the Dragon" Prince Targaryen appears

Today (August 2), the new stills of the Game of Thrones spin-off "House of the Dragon" were released, and Matt Smith played Prince Daemon Targaryen. Smith said: "Daemon is there to create chaos and anger people because it makes him happy."

House of the Dragon stars Emma D'Arcy as Rhaenyra Targaryen, Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Paddy Considine as Viserys Targaryen the "Beggar King", Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower, Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower, Steve Toussaint as the Sea Serpent, Eve Best as Rhaenys Targaryen, Fabian Frankel as Kriston Cole, and Sonoya Mizuno as Messaria.

"House of the Dragon" is based on George R.R. Martin's novel "Blood and Fire". It is set 200 years before the story of "Game of Thrones" and tells the rise and fall of the Targaryen family, including the famous civil war in the history of the Targaryen family, "A Dance with the Dragons". It will premiere on August 21, 2022 and will be simultaneously launched on HBO Max. The first season will have a total of 10 episodes.
