Variety reports that writers Matt Corman ( The Bravest, Deck the Halls ) and Chris Oldman ( The Enemy Within ) have signed on to write a new Daredevil series that could delve into what the character Matt Murdock has been up to since Netflix's Daredevil series ended in 2018. The news comes after Charlie Cox reprised his role as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Homecoming, as well as all of Netflix's Marvel shows migrating to Disney+ earlier this year. While there's no word yet on whether this new series will directly address the events of the Netflix show, it stands to reason that it will see Vincent D'Onofrio reprise his role as the Kingpin from Disney+'s Hawkeye. Now that the multiverse is out, Marvel can easily weave all of its recent stories into the MCU. A new Daredevil episode raises the question of whether Marvel would consider reviving all of its old Netflix projects and who might appear on screen again. |
