Sony Pictures' new Marvel movie announces the appearance of Latino superhero El Muerto

Sony Pictures (USA) announced on the 25th local time that its new Marvel Universe movie "El Muerto" will be released nationwide on January 12, 2024. Popular singer Bad Bunny will star in the film and play the first Latino superhero in the "Spider-Man Cinematic Universe". Stay tuned.

•El Muerto has only appeared twice in the comics. The death mask on his face gives him super powers. However, in order to get the mask to recognize him, Uguo fought Spider-Man in a charity wrestling match, but was defeated. Later, after the two teamed up to defeat El Muerto's mortal enemy Dorado, Uguo finally got the mask's recognition.

•Bad Bunny is a Latin male singer who won the Best Latin Artist award at the 27th Billboard Music Awards. He played Kitty in the third season of "Narcos: Mexico" which aired in November 2021.
