The Last of Us episode video set photo Joel and Ellie escape

The live-action series of The Last of Us is still being filmed and produced. Recently, a Twitter user leaked a new video and set photos of the series. In the set photos, Joel and Ellie, Sam and Henry brothers appeared on the scene. The new video shows the scene where they escaped through the streets.

The Last of Us is the first TV series from PlayStation Productions, with Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann writing and producing the series. Filming began in July 2021 and is expected to wrap up in mid-2022.

The Last of Us is based on the game of the same name, in which Joel must safely transport Ellie across a zombie-infested America. Pedro Pascal plays Joel, Bella Ramsey plays Ellie, Nicole Parker plays Joel's daughter Sarah, and Gabriel Luna plays Joel's brother Tommy. The series will cover the content of The Last of Us 1 and may also include content from The Last of Us 2. It is expected to have a total of 10 episodes and will be broadcast in 2023.
