The Highland King is back! The official trailer for the "Star Wars" spin-off "Obi-Wan" is released

Disney has released the first official trailer for the new Star Wars series Obi-Wan, which will premiere on Disney+ on May 25.

The story of "Obi-Wan" takes place 10 years after the movie "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith". In the movie "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith", Obi-Wan suffered the biggest setback in his life - his best friend and Jedi apprentice Anakin turned to the dark side and became the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Ten years after "Order 66" was issued in "Revenge of the Sith", the hunt for the remaining Jedi Knights is still ongoing. Obi-Wan hides in Tatooine, secretly guarding Luke Skywalker who was raised by the Lars couple.

Obi-Wan stars Ewan McGregor as the iconic Jedi Master, with Hayden Christensen returning from his role as Anakin to reprise his role as Darth Vader.

"Obi-Wan" is directed by Deborah Chow ("The Mandalorian") and consists of 6 episodes. The production also used the famous StageCraft technology of "The Mandalorian" to shoot the landscape with LED projection on the set.
