The new trailer of the anime "Gintama: Class 3 Z: Ginpachi-sensei" was released and it will be broadcast in October 2025

The boys' manga "Gintama", created by Japanese manga artist Sorachi Hideaki, ended its serialization in 2019. However, the extremely popular work has also been adapted into an animation of the same name, a theatrical animation, a live-action movie, and a spin-off work.

The official has previously announced the news that the "Gintama" spin-off "3rd Year Z Class Ginpachi-sensei" will be adapted into an animation. Recently, a new promotional PV was announced, revealing that the animation will officially start broadcasting in October 2025.

As a spin-off of "Gintama", "3rd Year Z Class Ginpachi-sensei" was originally a short comic launched by Sorachi Hideaki in "Akamaru JUMP", which mainly paid tribute to the classic Japanese drama "3rd Year B Class Kinpachi-sensei".

In the anime version of Gintama, "3rd Year Z Class Ginpachi Sensei" appears as a question-and-answer session at the end of the film. In 2006, Japanese playwright and novelist Tomohito Osaki wrote a novel of the same name, which has been released in 8 volumes so far. This anime version of "3rd Year Z Class Ginpachi Sensei" will be adapted from the novel, and the original voice actors of Gintama will also return.
