Douban's annual movie list: "Young Lion" is the highest-rated Chinese-language movie

Recently, Douban's 2021 annual movie list was announced. "Young Lion" led the highest-rated Chinese-language films, "Soul" led the highest-rated foreign-language films, and "Awakening Age" ranked first among the highest-rated mainland TV series.

The global box office was 137.6 billion yuan, and the Chinese box office was 45.67 billion yuan, accounting for 33% of the global box office, ranking first in the world. Three of the top ten annual box office were Chinese films. The total number of domestic screenings in the whole year was 119 million, with 1.2 billion moviegoers, an increase of 106% year-on-year.
