"Black Adam" star Dwayne Johnson is pretty sure his mysterious DC villain will battle Superman, he just doesn't know who will play the role then. In an interview with Total Film, Dwayne Johnson, 49, hinted that his fight with Superman is only a matter of time. "There's going to be a battle between Black Adam and Superman, and I don't know who that Superman is going to be or who's going to play him. That's OK, I don't need to know right now. But I'm pretty sure I know this. That's what the fans want, and we'll go from there." Originally planned to be just a cameo in DC's Shazam! movie, Black Adam is finally getting his own standalone movie. The movie will be rated PG-13 and will feature a lot of kills. Johnson's "Black Adam" movie released a short trailer at the recent DC Fan Festival. In the video, a soldier was choked and then turned into ash by lightning. The film will be released in North America on July 29, 2022. |
