A hacker intrusion occurred in the White House network to steal confidential presidential documents. U.S. federal agent Leon is one of the agents invited to investigate the White House incident, but when the lights suddenly go out, Leon and the SWAT team are forced to knock down a group of mysterious zombies that attacked them. At the same time, Claire, a staff member of the humanitarian aid organization "Dela Schiff", saw a disaster painting painted by the young people she cared for while providing assistance to refugees. The painting specifically depicted the attack of virus-infected people, which troubled Claire and she privately launched an investigation. The two met at the White House the next day and discussed the news of zombies and virus-infected people. This attack will also become an important clue that shakes the core of the country.
