Netflix animation "Ranma 1/2" released a new trailer today, and for the first time revealed the additional character voice cast and the OP theme song "Promise to Marry" sung by Ano. Ranma 1/2 Preview: The trailer opens with a warm scene of Ranma and Akane strolling in the sunset, and then the style suddenly changes, announcing "It's started!?" in a vibrant font. A number of classic characters, including Hibiki Ryoga (voiced by Yamadera Koichi), Kunou Taito (voiced by Sugita Tomokazu), Kunou Kodachi (voiced by Sakura Ayane), Sanzenin Tei (voiced by Miyano Mamoru), Shiratori Asusa (voiced by Yuuki Aoi), and Ono Tofu (voiced by Morikawa Tomoyuki), make a shining appearance, and show their personalities with iconic lines. The style of painting suddenly changes in the middle of the trailer, showing the sweet interaction between Ranma and Akane filled with pink bubbles, and is accompanied by the classic line familiar to fans of the original work, "You're so cute when you smile." Then, Shanpu (voiced by: Sakuma Rei) appeared, and the chorus of the OP theme song "Promise to Marry" sung by Ano sounded, and the rhythm instantly accelerated, showing the unique liveliness and joy of "Ranma 1/2". "Ranma 1/2" will officially start airing on October 6th. |
