DC's new series "Superman & Lois" premiered with an IGN score of 8: Departing from the Green Arrow Universe but with great creativity

The new DC superhero series "Superman & Lois" premiered on CW TV on February 23rd local time. IGN gave its premiere a score of 8 today (February 24th). IGN said that the show is great. Although "Superman & Lois" has created a bigger mystery in the Green Arrow Universe, the positioning of the show can only be said to be vague at best, but the premiere of "Superman & Lois" was very eye-catching.

IGN Rating: 8 points Excellent

Although the series' positioning was murky at best as it built a larger puzzle within the Arrowverse, Superman & Lois' premiere was a blast.

IGN's overall review:

Superman & Lois is far more interesting than its title would suggest. The show makes the most of the chemistry between leads Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch, utilizing its two leads and their love story in a way that Supergirl never could. The idea of Clark and Lois becoming parents is also a great idea, giving the series a clear beginning and recaptures some of the appeal that Smallville had. Superman & Lois may be a complete departure from the Arrowverse, but it could be something that many viewers will want to watch.
