The official "Master Chef Boy" released the theme song "Golden Inheritance!" of the second season sung by "UNEKO" today (January 7). The second season of the animation will start on January 12 (one episode will be updated every Tuesday at 0:10 am).

The new version of "Cooking Master Boy" animation is not a sequel or remake of the old version of "Cooking Master Boy", but a brand new animation re-planned and produced by a Chinese animation company based on the original manga. It was produced by Japanese animation company NAS and Production IG, and China's Jiewai Animation also participated in the planning and production. The first season of the animation premiered in October 2019.
