Netflix animation "Japan Sinks" will be broadcast on A station, directed by Masaaki Yuasa

AcFun Danmu Video Network confirmed today (June 3) that Netflix's original animated series "Japan Sinks" will be exclusively broadcast on AcFun (Mainland China) starting at 18:00 on July 9.

This series is the first animation of Sakyo Komatsu's novel "Japan Sinks", and is directed by Masaaki Yuasa, the director of "Don't Mess with the Image Research!" (A station series page).

Plot summary: In 2020, a sudden earthquake interrupted people's peaceful lives. Ayumu and Tsuyoshi Muto, an ordinary family living in Tokyo, began to flee Tokyo in the chaos, but the gradually sinking Japanese archipelago forced the family into a desperate situation...
