The animation "Isekai Suicide Squad" will be updated with three episodes on the first day of broadcast on June 27

Warner Bros. Japan announced that the animation "Isekai Suicide Squad" will premiere on June 27 and will be available on platforms such as Hulu and HBO Max. Three episodes will be updated on the first day, and one episode will be updated every week thereafter, for a total of ten episodes.

"Suicide Squad" is produced by WIT STUDIO and adapted from the original animation work of the anti-hero group Suicide Squad under DC Comics. It mainly tells the story of Harley Quinn, the Joker and other villains traveling to a fantasy world. They were captured by the kingdom soldiers and sent to prison, and a bomb was installed on their necks that would explode in 72 hours. In order to survive, the suicide squad members had to negotiate with the queen and go to the war front to fight against the enemy army.
