Sony reveals the cast of the live-action film adaptation of the game Until Dawn

Sony reveals the cast of the live-action film adaptation of the game Until Dawn

Until Dawn is a horror interactive experience launched by Sony and Suppermassive Games in 2015. Its remastered version is about to be launched on PS5 and PC, and in January Sony announced that it is making a live-action movie adapted from the game. Currently, Sony has unveiled the first cast of the movie.

According to Deadline, the first cast of the Until Dawn live-action film includes Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Odessa A'zion and Yoo Ji-young. Sony has not yet announced the roles they will play.

Ella Rubin recently starred in Amazon Prime Video's romantic film "Imagine You" as a supporting role, while Michael Cimino will recently star in Prime Video's "Drive" after playing the leading role in the streaming platform Hulu's romantic drama "Love, Victor".

It's unclear whether the original cast, including Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere, Mr. Robot star Rami Malek and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Brett Dalton, will make cameos in the live-action film.

The Until Dawn film will be directed by David F. Sanberg and written by Gary Dauberman. Sony Pictures has not yet confirmed a release date for the film.
