Netflix's The Witcher Season 3 just started filming and the producers are already planning Season 4

Although filming of the third season of Netflix's hit series "The Witcher" has just begun, according to director Stephen Surjik, its producers have already begun planning the fourth season.

Stephen Surjik, who has served as a director on Game of Thrones and The Umbrella Academy, recently revealed this in an interview with Brigade Radio, but he also said he was not sure if he would still be involved. He said: "The writers and producers have planned a fourth season. Oh, yes. I don't know if I'm part of that project, but at least they told me they are planning it."

Netflix has not officially greenlit The Witcher Season 4, and whether the show will continue after Season 3 is up to Netflix, which has canceled fan-favorite series in the past due to high production costs.

Back in 2020, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings said that The Witcher series could have multiple seasons, calling the show "a huge new series that will grow season after season."
