Roger Corman, master of American B-movies, dies at 98

According to foreign media, the legendary "King of B-Movies", famous director and producer Roger Corman passed away on May 9 at the age of 98.

He directed more than 50 works and produced more than 300 films in his lifetime. He was good at shooting fast-paced, low-cost genre films and created unique sub-genre films. His representative works include "Alien Conquers the World" and "Little Flower".

Many famous film directors such as Francis Ford Coppola and Martin Scorsese have been funded or influenced by him. In 2009, Roger Corman won the 82nd Academy Award for Lifetime Achievement.
