Vin Diesel, Jay Chou and Zhang Lanxin join action blockbuster "xXx: Return of Xander Cage"

According to domestic media reports, the action blockbuster "xXx: Return of Xander Cage" recently announced on its official Weibo that Chinese actors Jay Chou and Zhang Lanxin will officially join the film and co-star with Hollywood actor Vin Diesel. Previously, TFBOYS member Wang Yuan also announced that he would join the film.

Jay Chou has previously performed well in Hollywood movies such as Now You See Me 2 and The Green Hornet. Zhang Lanxin became famous for her role in Jackie Chan's movie Chinese Zodiac and has portrayed the image of a "fighting girl" in many movies.

"xXx: Return of Xander Cage" grossed 1.128 billion yuan when it was released in mainland China in 2017. "xXx 4" will continue to be directed by D.J. Caruso and starred by Vin Diesel, and the film will start shooting in 2019.
