Die Hard 6 is named! Director of Die Hard 4 will direct

In an interview with Empire magazine, Die Hard 6 filmmaker Lorenzo di Bonaventura revealed the full title of the film: McClane, and confirmed that series star Bruce Willis will have a major role in the film.

According to previous rumors, Die Hard 6 is called "Year One" and will have two protagonists: Bruce Willis' 60-year-old New York police officer McClane and a younger version of himself in his 20s. Despite the time travel, Bonaventura comforted fans that Bruce Willis will still have a lot of scenes in the film.

"I don't know how to make Die Hard without Bruce Willis. There's a view that his character is less important in the film, which is completely wrong. We will explore him in his 20s, but the 60-year-old version is just as important."

"Die Hard 6" will be directed by "Die Hard 4" director Len Wiseman, and the script will be written by "The Conjuring" screenwriters Chad and Carey Hayes.
