The 21st anniversary special of "Lightspeeder 21" by the artist of "One Punch Man" will be released on January 29, 2024

The manga "Lightspeed Runner 21" is written by Riichiro Inagaki, illustrated by Yusuke Murata, and serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump". It is a sports manga with American football as its theme.

Recently, the 21st anniversary special short story comic of "LightSpeed Runner 21" was confirmed to be released in the 9th issue of "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 2024 on January 29, 2024. The short story contains 55 pages of color pages.

"LightSpeed Runner 21" has been serialized since 2002, and 37 volumes of single volumes have been published, with a total of 333 episodes. The cumulative sales, including the electronic version, have exceeded 26 million copies.

In August this year, Yusuke Murata released the special animation trailer of "Lightspeed Runner 21" produced by him.
