Trigger's "New Stocking with Garterbelt" will invite fans to create new characters

Trigger announced at Anime Expo 2023 in July this year that it had officially acquired the copyright of "Stocking with Garterbelt" from GAINAX, and would produce an animation work called "New Stocking with Garterbelt". It also released a promotional video of the animation directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi at the event.

Recently, Trigger officially announced on Twitter that they will hold a "Character Design Seminar" at AnimeNYC 2023, and will invite fans to brainstorm and design a new character for "New Stocking with Garterbelt" together.

AnimeNYC 2023 will be held from November 17th to 19th, and Trigger's panel discussion is expected to begin at 16:00 Eastern Time on November 17th.
