Thriller "Falling" will shoot two sequels and the original director will return

According to foreign media reports, Lionsgate announced that it will shoot two sequels for the thriller "Falling", telling stories of being in danger at high altitudes under different circumstances. "Falling 2" will start shooting in June next year, and the original director Scott Mann will return as a producer, but he will direct "Falling 3". Some actors from the first episode will return, and new characters will also be added.

"Falling" was introduced to mainland China in November 2022. It tells the story of two girls, Becky and Hunter, who love extreme sports, climbing a 2,000-foot TV tower. Suddenly, an accident occurred and the two were unable to return to the ground from the top of the tower. The film cost $3 million and grossed $17.36 million worldwide.
