Inside Out 2 adds new negative emotions, to be released in June 2024

Pixar's new original film "Earth Correspondents", originally scheduled to be released in March 2024, has been postponed and rescheduled to June 2025. Therefore, Pixar's next new film will be "Inside Out 2", which will be released in June 2024.

It is understood that the postponement of "Earth Correspondents" is the first time that a work has been significantly adjusted since the current Pixar Chief Creative Officer Peter Docter took office. There is no announcement of a change of director yet, but the postponement of a full year and three months has led people to speculate that there will be many changes to the film.

"Inside Out 2" will continue to explore human emotions, telling the story of Riley's teenage years and introducing four negative emotions: anxiety, embarrassment, burnout, and jealousy. The film will be released in North America on June 14, 2024.
