Secret Invasion Season Finale Has The Lowest Rating Ever For A Marvel TV Series

The Secret Invasion finale is now officially the lowest-rated and lowest-rated episode of any Marvel TV series ever.

The sixth and final episode currently has a 13% rating on the comprehensive ratings site, a sharp drop from the previous episode's 50%. Compared to the finales of other recent Marvel TV series, the finale of "She-Hulk" scored 73%, the finale of "Wonder Girl" scored 95%, and the finale of "Moon Knight" scored 85%.

Secret Invasion stars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, who encounters a group of rogue shapeshifting Skrulls led by Gravek (Kingsley Ben-Adir), whose goal is to destabilize the planet before replacing the world's leaders and infiltrating Earth from within.

Despite an all-star cast that included Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, and Ben Mendelsohn, the show seemed to fail to resonate with critics and audiences — and ratings plummeted. In fact, the show premiered to the second-lowest audience of any Marvel series, with just 994,000 US households watching on Disney+ in the first five days of the series.
