Ant-Man and the Wasp actress: I want my own spin-off movie

At the recent press conference for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Tide, the lead actress Evangeline Lilly answered questions from reporters about whether the Wasp would get an independent spin-off movie. However, Kevin Feige, head of Marvel Studios, did not give much hope when the question was thrown to him.

When asked, Evangeline Lilly said excitedly: "That's a great question, you may have asked the most important question today." Then she turned to Kevin Feige sitting behind her and said: "I'll pass this question to the next person."

Feige laughed at Lilly's performance but made only a very vague and general statement. "The opportunities in the MCU are endless, just like they are in the multiverse, so we'll have to see what happens in the future," he said.

Lilly's enthusiasm was not affected at all. She said: "I solemnly declare that if that opportunity really comes, I am fully prepared to start at any time!"

Evangeline Lilly played Hope Van Dyne, the Wasp, in all three Ant-Man movies. However, it is conceivable that Ant-Man will likely focus on new heroes in the future, just like Captain America. For example, Ant-Man's daughter Cassie Lang in the latest movie is also a new hero "Stinger" or "Stature", who may inherit Scott Lang's mantle and become the protagonist of future movies.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Tide will be released in theaters on February 17. It will also be released in domestic theaters simultaneously.
