Shazam 2 is set to be released in mainland China on March 17

Today (February 2), DCFlims’ official Weibo account announced the domestic release trailer and poster for “Shazam! Wrath of the Gods”, which will be released in mainland China on March 17, simultaneously with North America.

Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Faith Hellman, Ian Chen, and Jovan Armand return, and Lucy Liu, Helen Mirren, and Rachel Ziegler join as villains. David F. Sandberg, the director of the first film, also continues to direct. It tells the story of a teenager named Billy who is struck by lightning every time he shouts "Shazam", and is given the powers of six gods, turning into the adult superhero Shazam.
