New cast members of the live-action Voltron movie include Rita Ora

Recently, foreign media "The Hollywood Reporter" stated that Sterling K. Brown, Rita Ora, and John Kim will star in the live-action "Voltron" movie, joining previously announced Henry Cavill and Daniel Quinn-Toy.

The live-action Voltron movie is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, who also wrote the script with Ellen Shanman, and is produced by Amazon/MGM. The characters and plot of the film have not yet been revealed.

Voltron is derived from the Japanese animations "Voltron" and "Mech Fleet Dalaka XV", and has developed into an independent series "Voltron: Guardian of the Universe". The protagonists of the story are five young pilots, driving five robot lions, black, red, yellow, green and blue. The five lions can combine to become a giant robot "Voltron". Under the leadership of Princess Farah, the heroes launched a counterattack against the evil Kingdom of Galra.
