According to Japanese media Mainichi Shimbun today (July 11), the Nago City Security Bureau in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan officially announced that according to the results of the autopsy, the author of the manga "Yu-Gi-Oh!" Kazuki Takahashi (real name Kazuma Takahashi, 60 years old), who was found dead on July 6, died of drowning, and the possibility of a criminal case is low. According to previous reports, there were injuries on the abdomen and lower body of Mr. Takahashi Kazuki's body that seemed to be caused by sharks or other marine life.

Kazuki Takahashi is a Japanese manga artist. In 1990, he published his debut work "Fighting the Eagle" (闘辉王の鹰, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump) under the name of Kazumasa Takahashi. In 1991, he published "Tenraniro Dango BURAY" under the same name of Kazumasa Takahashi. In 1996, he changed his pen name to Kazuki Takahashi and began serializing "Yu-Gi-Oh". The trading card game derived from "Yu-Gi-Oh" subsequently swept the market.
