Nolan's new film "Oppenheimer" starts shooting and releases new makeup photos

Christopher Nolan's new film "Oppenheimer" started shooting in New Mexico, USA this week, and the makeup photo of Robert Oppenheimer played by Cillian Murphy was also exposed.

This World War II themed "epic thriller" has a very luxurious cast, including Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, Rami Marais, Ben Safdie, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, and Matthew Modine. This is the first time that Murphy plays the leading role in a Nolan movie.

Focusing on Oppenheimer’s role in the development of the first atomic bomb, the screenplay is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin and is said to “plunge audiences into a thrilling paradox: a mysterious man must risk destroying the world to save it.”
