New stills from DC's new drama "Sandman" will be released on Netflix in 2022

The live-action version of Neil Gaiman’s classic comic book “Sandman” has released new stills and will be launched on Netflix in 2022.

Tom Sturridge plays the Sandman, Gwendoline Christie plays Lucifer, the lord of hell, with Boyd Holbrook, Charles Dance, Asim Chaudhry, Sanjeev Bhaskar, Jenna Coleman, David Thewlis, Stephen Fry, Kirby Howell-Baptiste and others starring.

The live-action series "Sandman" is the most expensive DC Entertainment series to date. It is written and produced by Allan Heinberg ("Wonder Woman"). Gaiman and David Goyer serve as executive producers. The series tells the story of the king of dreams who follows the call of mortals but is captured alive. As the supreme king of dreams, he only realizes that the trouble is just about to begin after breaking free from his shackles and regaining his freedom.
