"Golgoku 13" wins Guinness World Record for the most volumes in a single comic series

The world's longest comic has finally broken the record. Currently, the world's longest serialized comic is "Kuroyuki Police Station", which has a total of 200 volumes but has been completed. Another long-running comic "Golgoku 13" Volume 201 was released on July 5. Today, on July 8, it was officially announced that "Golgoku 13" surpassed "Kuroyuki Police Station" (200 volumes) to become the world's longest serialized comic book and won the Guinness World Record.

·GOLGO13 was written by the Japanese manga master Saito Takao. It was serialized in 1968. It is a comic book with the real world as the background, describing the story of the top killer "GOLGO13" codenamed "Duke". "GOLGO13" is basically based on current events.
