George RR Martin, creator of A Song of Ice and Fire, recently revealed the progress of the spin-off series of the TV series Game of Thrones during a Q&A event held in Oxford. In addition to the prequel story "House of the Dragon" which has been popular for the second season and the two spin-off series "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" which is currently in production, there are also "Aegon the Conqueror" and "Ten Thousand Ships" which are about to be adapted into live-action dramas, as well as a mysterious project that has not yet been officially announced. Not only that, the Q&A event also clearly revealed that "The Golden Empire" and "Sea Snake" will be included in the production plan as known animated series, and there are two more animated series plans that have not yet been announced. However, it is still unknown whether all these spin-off series can be approved and produced smoothly. |
