New stills of Lei's new film "Gladiator 2" revealed, to be released on November 15

Recently, new stills of the sequel to the classic historical drama "Gladiator 2" were exposed, and the cast made a collective appearance! The film will be released in North America on November 15.

"Gladiator 2" is directed by Ridley Scott and written by David Scarpa ("All the Money in the World" and "Napoleon"). The film still focuses on the cruel world of ancient Rome. The story begins when Lucius lived in the Numidia region of North Africa when he was young. He was sent there by his mother when he was a child because it was just outside the rule of the Roman Empire. Later, Lucius returned to Rome as a gladiator and reunited with his mother.

"Gladiator 2" stars Paul Mescal as Lucius, the nephew of Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix). Joseph Quinn plays the Roman Emperor Herta, and Fred Hechinger plays the Roman Emperor Caracalla. Pedro Pascal plays a former military commander who is forced to enter the arena as a gladiator for disobeying orders. Connie Nielsen, the star of the previous film, returns to play Lucilla, Derek Jacobi returns to star, and Denzel Washington, May Calamavi, Peter Mensah, Matt Lucas and other new members have joined.

Earlier, Pedro Pascal was interviewed and talked about his cooperation with Paul Mescal. He said that he gained muscle for this role. Pedro said: "I call him Brick Wall Paul. He has become so strong that I would rather be thrown off the building than fight with him again. Fighting against someone so healthy, talented and much younger..."
