Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan to star in dark comedy 'Sex and the City' season 2

The black comedy "The Angry Birds", jointly launched by Netflix and A24, was originally launched on Netflix on April 6, 2023, and was nominated or won trophies in multiple awards (especially sweeping the Emmy Awards, winning a total of five trophies).

Recently, the foreign media "Deadline" reported that well-known actors Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan are negotiating cooperation on the second season of "Shortcuts" and will play the male and female protagonists, but Netflix has not commented on this.

It is understood that the story of the second season will revolve around two feuding couples and has not yet officially obtained filming permission.

In February this year, there was news that the second season of "Surprisingly Furious" would be starred by Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, who had worked together on "Love and Other Drugs", as one of the discordant couples, but it seems that the two have not joined the show yet.
