According to foreign media Variety, the HBO Max streaming platform will book three super new dramas jointly created by the "Bad Robot" company of the famous director J.J. Abrams and Warner, namely "Justice League Dark", "The Shining" spin-off "Hotel Overlook" and the new drama "Duster". Details are as follows: The DC series "Justice League Dark", which has not yet been named, focuses on the characters in the Justice League Dark universe. The Shining spin-off "The Overlook" will feature characters from the novel/movie "The Shining" and focus on the scary story behind the famous horror hotel "The Overlook". There are 10 episodes in total, written by Dustin Thomason and Scott Brown ("Castle Rock"), and a mini-writers room has also been opened. Abrams and LaToya Morgan (The Walking Dead) co-wrote the new series "Duster", which was conceived by the former. It focuses on the American Southwest in the 1970s, where a determined escape driver works for a fledgling criminal group that was originally bad but gradually became out of control, stupid and dangerous. All three series are from Abrams' Bad Robot and Warner Bros. Television. |
